When I think about advanced techniques, I immediately jump to cool titles like expressions, mastering 3D in After Effects, and playing around with scripts. But you know what? Plugins! Have you seen what you can do with plugins like Lockdown, Element 3D, Duik, Trapcode Suite and...? They're like the Swiss Army knives of motion graphics. With these bad boys, you can whip up the most complex, mind-blowing stuff imaginable. It's like having superpowers at your fingertips! So yeah, when it comes to pushing the boundaries of creativity, I think plugins are where it's at.

You will have to adjust the graph editor until it looks just right but first of all you have to know the principle of animation & then you need to adjust your animation according to the principles.
