That isnt what you're getting paid for. - take a break every few hours to get up and breathe(not to cook or clean or do laundry) - stop for the day at a reasonable hour. You may be paid for an 8 hr day, but working 9am-6pm, eating dinner and then getting back to it from 10pm to 2am is out! - connect with your boss and coworkers daily. It seems easier to just be off on your own, but it actually stunts your creativity and keeps you from the pulse of the business and isolated from your team.
