A few general skills for new Telecommunications Engineers. 1) Learn to stay focused on your assignment and give 100% of your time and effort towards that assignment during your work hours. Keep unrelated conversations with coworkers to a minimum during those work hours with the exception of lunch breaks and other allowed breaks. Advise family and friends to not contact you during work hours unless it is an emergency or extremely important. 2) keep your cell phone in lock mode with only the most important notifications allowed such as .personal security cameras and financial institution alerts. Ignore incoming phone calls and let them go to voicemail. Briefly check voicemails to determine if it's an emergency and respond accordingly.

Wonderful perspective, in addition the ability to maintain professional integrity allows for the creation of a dynamic and progressive team. No two individuals are the same and the ability to appreciate the contributions submitted by individuals based on their experiences allows for an environment where the best solution can be implemented and effectively resolved any issues encountered.

An invaluable skill, which is hard to explicitly train for, is the ability to troubleshoot when things don't go as expected. Often the most thorny problems lie at the interface of the conventionally siloed skills: e.g. across different layers of the protocol stack. Or at the analog-digital interface. Or at the interface of two different modules or components implementing distinct functionality. In such situations, a natural tendency is to point at the "other side" relative to our core skill set to where the problem may lie. However, that only shifts responsibility but does not solve the problem. Those are the times to dive in and hone our "interface" troubleshooting skills.

In addition to all very valuable skills mentioned previously, I’d like to recommend all new telecommunications engineers to learn how to do fielding (gathering data from the field, observe the possible obstacles ,learn how to use GIS for your benefits). Also, getting to know your local and state regulations, permitting authorities, start having good relationships with other utilities in your area. In telecommunications engineering and construction, good collaboration is going to help now in future.

Und kein Arbeitgeber liefert mehr service als für das was er bezahlt wird. Wichtig ist dass die Arbeitnehmer die selben Finanz und Wirtschafts Grundlagen befolgen wie das Unternehmen und nur geliefert wird was Bezahlt wird, da man für Anerkennung, einen Handschlag oder eine Obstplatte im Betrieb, nicht die Familie ern?hren oder für sein Alter vorsorgen kann. Daher unbedingt im Wirtschaftlichen denken und Handeln weiterbilden. Damit kann man dem Arbeit Geber genau sagen was eine zus?tzliche Leistung kostet.
