First of all, the most important is to be honest. Collaboration is possible upon sufficient capability and consideration, based on self-awareness and support from others. No recognition of myself may cause conflict with stakeholders, because of not being honest I will not be honest to others too. It doesn't matter what your skills and former companies are. If you are not honest, it will ruin the company and you.
