There are various associations and many of them also offering certifications and training courses. It is crucial to research and study the market's perception of them, especially from a management/hiring POV to gauge the long term benefits. E.g. Certain associations are more well known / reputable than others while some are also known for how easy their exams are or even exam leaks, or people taking your exam for you for a certain fee. These are definitely a big No as it is both ethically wrong and also shows how "easy" it is to acquire such "certifications". Good things can come both expensive and cheap but usually they won't be easy.

There are so many free Cybersecurity associations that I would be hesitant to pay for any that are not directly related to your work and paid for by your employer.
