A way to achieve this is inviting student into the assessment process. We must stress the importance of assessment to students as a pathway to the campus changes they want to see and involve them in the building process of said assessment. When developing outcomes, ask student want they hope to learn as a part of the program or initiative. When we are assessing if outcomes were achieved, ask students what they actually learned and explore the disconnect between that learning and the desired outcomes.

There is no doubt that we are developing future leaders, often teaching performance management and discussing the significance of leaders, we come to know that in practical world there is a void that exists between theory and practical implementation often individuals don't walk the talk when it comes to leadership. I teach students that in the practical world no matter how many set backs you face due to insignificant people in significant positions you will only succeed if you learn these concepts and change the dynamics of contemporary leadership and mechanics of approach in dealing with circumstances. I truly believe that students if driven with focus and determination can change the landscape of leadership phenomenally.
