Un plan a medio-largo plazo que sea consistente y eficiente. Por supuesto, el plan puede ir cambiando debido al entorno y se requiere cierta flexibilidad y proactividad. Y cuando hablo de proactividad me refiero al reconocimiento del propio error, del mal planteamiento, mal plan o mala ejecución, y la voluntad de cambiar a tiempo. En aplicaciones end-to-end de ML, es fundamental tener un plan de proyecto, tener claro cuál es la meta. Pero no solo eso, sino también la táctica, el cómo se va a ejecutar ese plan, es igualmente importante a la hora de definir la estrategia.

Cómo en cualquier tipo de emprendimiento (producto,servicio,marca personal )debe existir una dirección estratégica y está debe alinearse siempre con los objetivos definidos claramente. El contar con una estrategia de datos permite contar con un enfoque claro y consistente en la colecta de datos así como en el panorama de su análisis.

Como científico tiendo a aplicar ese método para aprender, se reduce a pocos pasos: 1 - Observación. Es decir, definición correcta del problema. Sin una correcta definición todo lo siguiente no tendrá valor. 2 - Hipótesis. Y un largo etc... 3 - Experimentación. Precisamente esta es la parte donde existe el riesgo. Sin una experiencia real no habrá aprendizaje. 4 - Teoría. Es decir, definición de las buenas prácticas estratégicas y las tácticas. 5 - Revisión por pares. Es decir, repetir y repetir.
