What are the pros and cons of using Bootstrap vs. Tailwind for responsive web design?

There is no doubt that bootstrap is being used extensively, the code and requirements turn around is quite better. However, when it comes to the dynamic business requirements that needs quick and recurring changes, Tailwind could play a major role in customizing inputs and automating rule based and defined changes. Ultimately, you can get rid of long CSS files as with Tailwind, your CSS would look significantly lighter as compared. Optimization of CSS using Tailwind is easier.
