1 Imperative vs declarative

Imperative is hard to debug. Declarative can be unpredictable. I would say that means both are hard to debug, as unpredictable is hard to debug. But I will say that with imperative code we have something to debug, step by step, if needed (of course, we need the right debugger). With declarative, we don't have what to debug, and that's what makes it harder to debug (or, as said in the paragraph, "unpredictable"). When I wrote the article Fluent and Imperative Animations (on Code Project), I noticed that when something failed in a declarative animation, I needed to go to a different class (that I also created, but not the animation class) to debug... while with imperative animation, I just debugged the animation itself and it was simpler.

As far as I can tell... windows is Procedural, Modular and Object Oriented. It is procedural because it doesn't use specific programming constructs that are object oriented. Yet, it is organized in what we can call objects. And, well, there are different libraries and even inside libraries there are different areas of those libraries, which means it is very modular.

It is not exactly that... this paragraph seems to confuse multiple threads to actual concurrent versus parallel programming. And today it is hard to say something is just parallel or just concurrent. You create two threads to run two completely unrelated tasks... they are parallel... both write to the log file... that's concurrent because of the 2 threads. But in general, code "made to be concurrent" assumes that it is parallel most of the time, and tries to minimizes the time spent in synchronization, assuming that trying to use some resource simultaneously would be a (somewhat) common task.
