Currently I’m involved in a market validation and business development project for a company focusing on smart mobility. What struck me - and this is a game changer - in this project is that we aren’t after replacing existing access/parking/charging systems, yet that our customers product is able to work on top of existing platforms and make these smarter. No “we’re happy with our current solution so not interested” any more. Instead “let us show you how your current platform can be improved upon, create more income streams, work more efficiently…”.
