Kanban provides visibility into ongoing tasks, prioritizes work based on importance and urgency, and helps in identifying bottlenecks in the development process, thereby enabling more efficient project management and better alignment with business objectives. Also, it has ways to deal with risk, cost, efficiency, quality, etc.

Once, I had to work on a migration from one software to another, and it was essential to create a hub content page to talk about the principles of the migration, why and how I was conducting the new architecture, etc. That helped the users to feel comfortable during the migration process.
