Als ein gutes Werkzeug, hat sich 6-Sigma erwiesen. Man kann vom Gesamtprozess bis hin zu einzelnen Arbeitsschritten auswerten wie gut/ausbauf?hig Prozesse sind. Besonders die Auswertung in welchen Teilabschnitten Verbesserungen notwendig sind, tragen stark zu Effizienzsteigerungen bei gleichbleibender Qualit?t bei. Die M?chtigkeit von 6-Sigma zeigt sich, dass man alle messbaren Kennzahlen nutzen kann und selbst grundverschiedene Kennzahlen in Verh?ltnis setzen kann und einheitlich Auswerten kann.
