Clear and Concise-these two things are just crucial in so many things in life, but especially in this case. It was the main thing I wanted to ensure I was doing when I first started my AI journey long ago. Problem definition comes from our clients, that's our default strategy. However, once we get the problem definition we identify if the problem can be solved with AI, & if not, we modify problem definition to keep that part of problem which can be solved with AI. There are a few times, when we mention that AI is not a good fit for the problem. At times when we work with clients to jointly define problem definition. Problem definition should be targeted and clear. Also how solution will be used, project's success criteria, support needed from clients should be clear.
