I am a huge believer in gamification of learning simulations. Nothing gets learners excited and engaged as the prospect of a “game”. As data shows, we are dealing with adult learners with increasingly shorter attention spans; goal centered gamified learning allows us to engage learners!

I would call a simulation a royal play. This is one of the most effective ways to learn by doing. Practice makes perfect! And the coach is there to help others to grow towards their objective and practice the skills required to attain these.
