Whether it’s presenting at meetings, interacting with coworkers, or speaking with management and explaining complicated topics to stakeholders, improving your speaking and communication skills is the fastest way to show your superiors and colleagues your knowledge and skills. If your skills are 10/10, but your communication skills are 3/10, the likelihood of your colleagues knowing your full capabilities will be low.
