En el caso de las habilidades lingüísticas de nuestros alumnos, el hábito reflexivo que se puede hacer iría en dos líneas. Por un lado una reflexión acerca de las propias habilidades lingüísticas de nuestros alumnos y cómo se pueden mejorar y medir a lo largo del curso. Para ello habría que ir anotando al final de cada semana cuáles han sido los progresos y qué áreas son susceptibles de mejora. Además se puede hacer una reunión con el departamento de Lengua y Literatura para llegar a conclusiones generales y establecer dinámicas y medidas que ayuden a los alumnos en este campo.

Se pueden realizar concursos de debate y de oratoria para fomentar las habilidades lingüísticas de nuestros alumnos. Se da un tema bien individual o bien por grupos y tienen que preparar "pros y contras" en un periodo corto de tiempo. De esta manera fomentas la agilidad en la oratoria, el pensamiento crítico y la fluidez de ideas. La participación voluntaria y exitosa en este tipo de debates puede suponer un porcentaje de su nota para premiar e incentivar el esfuerzo.

They continuously seek advice to achieve their goals and improve their performance. Some teachers do and succeed. Some teachers don't believe it and never execute. So there is a big difference between these two groups in achieving their goals. Group 1, wins. Students win!
