Aqui na empresa temos diversas maneiras de reconhecimento, se for por uma trilha de treinamentos a pessoa recebe um certificado e por vezes um PIN que indica o reconhecimento. Já se for durante as sprints de trabalho, onde a própria equipe reconhece o desempenho dos colegas, temos uma moera interna chamada NOZ que é uma solu??o da empresa APPNOZ, onde cada pessoa tem um montante para distribuir por sprint como forma de reconhecimento de desempenho e essas nozes podem ser trocadas em uma loja interna que temos dentro do próprio APPNOZ com produtos que v?o de stickers a iPhone. Outra maneira pela qual reconhecemos as pessoas em é nossa reuni?o mensal, dando publicidade as pessoas que se destacaram em alguma squad, tribo ou produto.

Como eu disse um pouco na parte de reconhecimento, nós reconhecemos e recompensamos através de uma plataforma que contratamos, chamada APPNOZ, com uma moeda interna (Nozes) com a qual o colaborador pode trocar por produtos, fazendo com que essa recompensa seja paupável e percebida de uma maneira mais tangível. Neste APPNOZ temos produtos, como dito anteriormente, desde stickers até iPhone, passando por camisetas da empresa, os disputados moletons, produtos para uso no dia-dia. Seja no final de uma sprint, na participa??o de um quiz mensal ou através do reconhecimento direto de um líder cada colaborador pode receber as tais Nozes, é uma maneira de recompensar e "gameficar" os reconhecimentos e recompensas, e isso engaja os colaboradores
