les pistes de progrés se different d'une structure à une autre au sein d'une meme enterprise au depart il faut definir le besoin de changement par la mise au point d'une reference pour ainsi s'avoir partager les ressources et les taches et je pense qu'un chantier 5S pourrait definir les limites et les savoir faires pour se projeter dans d'autres chantiers d'envergures plus grandes.

Collaborate and communicate with other departments by identify areas for improvement and work together to implement changes And Encourage employees to provide feedback on HR processes and procedures. This can be done through surveys, suggestion boxes, or regular meetings with HR staff.

Continuous improvement can be implemented in almost any area of a business from HR to production. It not only requires feedback and collaboration from other associates, but a strong commitment to change. The one thing I did not see mentioned above was anything about documentation. Before going down the path to change having well documented processes will help immensely. HR can benefit by first defining their vision for the change they would like to make. Then getting feedback about the idea from associates of all levels. This can be done via a survey or suggestion box as mentioned above. Then they should begin testing the idea to gather data. Then make a decision based on the data as to whether or not to implement.
