If you are running Ads it can be easier to see which ads provide the best ROI by turning them off and on but you also need to monitor emails coming in and phone calls as well as they are often as a result of your ads, so tracking alone with GA4 isnt enough. The more expensive tools can do a better job but then you need 4 figures a month to be able to afford them.
