In my opinion, one thing to be mindful of is for companies to deal with any issues at hand individually and not at the cost of everyone else. This is the fastest and best way for change to happen where needed and the best way of retaining the strengths healthy and intact.

Something I do with the people I train, is asking them what their ambitions are. This could be anywhere from moving up in the company, starting their own business, purchasing a house, or even getting married. The goal here is to find something that you can push them towards. Accountability is one of the best gifts you can give someone. From the perspective of an employee, if their boss remembers something like that about them and asks them about it, it will show the employee that the company actually cares about their staff. Flexibility cant apply to all departments. Depending on operation requirements staff and Supervisors should work as a team to show the best result as team performance Task to be attended not only on FIFO basis but also on priority basis. Each individuals welfare is to be considered to maintain momentum among team members

Find atleast once in a month for staff representatives meeting with top level MGMT and HR to be open to understand issues and give or apply the best possible solutions which satisfy both ( staff & Mgmt. equally. Honest suggestions to be considered towards betterment
