Literally cannot echo this enough. When it comes down to it if they don’t accept it and it doesn’t provide function and utility they will provide a constant barrier to success. Engaging means on their level. Ensure they can get equivalent current function. The sell and how you hook them is in the advantages of the new system. Again, if you make life easier for them they’ll champion your solution.

A lot of times acceptance comes down to the visualization the users and consumers may track their items in. If you take this into consideration and build those connections the ability to customize these views grows. PowerBI can easily be leveraged as a custom dashboard for both internal and external users. The advantage again being a level of customization you can usually provide in house which increases your ability to hit your key audience needs.
