1 Know your audience

Knowing your audience can include a bit of psychology, if you are presenting your speech in the middle of the workshop, it might be better to be abit more apt with your speech. The are already filled with information from the previous events in the workshop. If the event is held in a tight space, your presentation style should help the audience loosen up and feel light. If it's a long workshop and they are hungry, is best to be short and coincise. Finally, if you meet an already exhausted audience a click bait will be effective.

Thought leadership starts with honing your message and utilizing fully in your own career. The beautiful thing about seeking feedback from colleagues and mentors is the connection and community you can build for yourself! It takes a village to raise any of us and this includes “growing up” in our careers. For years, I made the mistake thinking that I had to figure out everything on my own. If this is you, I hope you give yourself permission to Fast Forward thru this stage to get to the Joy of Collaboration season. ???? Feedback from colleagues is always amazing to me as they approach what I’ve shared with them from completely different angles and end up giving me so much more to work with.
