You and your team must also know that “Just Always Turns Into Adjust”. In other words during the planning phase we think “we just have to do this and this and the project will be done.” However, once a project starts there are almost always impediments and adjustments. I also like to write out the process for how the project team will adjust along the way in order to reach the project goals.
