It’s always good to give the positive side of a weakness, give examples of how you have identified how you can develop/improve the weakness. For example, struggling to say no to work and finding your workload building up, you can discuss how you now know to identify priorities in your work and know when to ask for additional support with this. Knowing that sharing work isn’t a negative thing too. A weakness is a great way to show how you want to further develop!
