Learn about their hobbies and interests and make these regular check in points when meeting or using chats. It demonstrates care and interest

Among a closely working team - the trick is to create the office environment remotely. On Teams people tend to call for long discussions rather than the types of small chats that you have when you move from one desk to another. Having people who are always available to touch base with, even for a couple of minutes, helps bring Teams together. Not everything has to be formally set out. This has worked well in my team. On specific tenders with new teams, it is also beneficial to prioritise members of the new team and always try and make yourself available to them.

También te permite disponer un equipo más diverso ya que puedes llegar más lejos, lo cual siempre es positivo para la organización.

Algo que no se tiene en cuenta a veces es la diversidad lingüística y su gestión en equipos multiculturales y con diferentes localizaciones. Es importante comprender y fomentar la diversidad lingüística de los trabajadores y con ello la cultura que conlleva. Un entorno monolingüe puede ser más fácil de gestionar pero menos diverso y a la vez perjudicar en como llegamos a diferentes mercados. Los equipos en remoto nos permiten disponer de equipos con una diversidad lingüística enorme que aprovechar a nuestro favor.

Plan retreats so that the whole team gets to see each other in-person. This will be a wonderful experience. In the end, we are social beings.
