Communication with Developer Team : Avoid questioning Developer when you find issues , instead discuss with the Developer and understand his perspective and tell him sweetly about the issues he may encounter if performance fixes are not being taken care. 2. Architectural changes : Try convincing with new areas or designs to try out with proper data , so that make your recommendations as open for discussion rather than just forcing to change.
