You need to ask if the objectives, the questions you are asking are appropriate. The questions you ask move you in a certain direction. The problem with all the questions in this specific process are very incomplete because not once you brought up who is the intended audience and what their needs are. When the end user, or end users are brought in to the equation you will realize that the basic direction of all these questions is not useful.
