We always need to keep the idea of co-creation at the core of all plan making. We need to also extend our thinking to 'future' users of an environment, accessibility and sustainability. For example, there may not be any blind people or wheelchair users in the present populace, but we should always be designing to include all, all the time. Places are both permanent and transitory, according to whom is using the space. This is where adopting a [w]holistic-ergonomic approach is beneficial, a compassionate and pragmatic way of guaranteeing that all factors have been included to maximise well being & diversity for people and the environment.

The best way to make sure it is a fair and genuine consultation process is to go door-to-door and attend different cultural meetings/events and present all media with translation into the most used languages in the area. A real consultation must be given a period of time, relevant to the population and the time to process that data. It takes time to earn peoples' trust and give them the space to feel comfortable to communicate. Creative workshops help people to collaborate in a visual way resolving barriers, such as language and neuro-divergency in an inclusive way. The nature of co-operative ventures is that it takes time. It is important to stay positive, but never promise anything as we will always be informed by real world factors.

It is more important to map out these areas in city and find the similarity in the same as most of these areas are occupied or utilised by underprivileged and once the idea of regeneration is enforced on it, the area or precenit will no longer provide for the weaker section. as the area will undergo transformation and will become unaffordable. Further, it will increase the cost of living as the blue collar service class will have to relocate. Re habilitation has to be a parallel process to make any regeneration process sucessful.

We must always be mindful of social cleansing which takes place when particular stakeholder's agendas override the others because their confidence & agency is a lot stronger than the rest of the populace. It is important to protect the regeneration process from the phenomena known as 'gentrification' which only serves to benefit real estate & affluent people. It is parasitic in nature, not something that leads to wellbeing for all, therefore we must be on guard regarding this. Communities are delicate social ecologies and our responsibility as stakeholders concerned with urban regeneration, is to be sensitive to this. It is our aim to rejuvenate the urban space, nurture the existing communities [social-ecology] and help the area to thrive.
