They are different types of photography. It's like going to a heart doctors conference or a brain doctors conference. There are similar things but many differences. I would ask - what motivated you to dedicate yourself to photography and why you do what you do? How do you get your clients? And how to differentiate yourself today among so many other photographers who do the same thing? :)

Photography is something they need but it is normally not their field of expertise. Any question that answers their doubts is an effective question, literally anything from logistics to lifestyle, guidance on best practices and budgets.
