To work with scope, first clarify the business objectives with relevant stakeholders and record it in an official document or in jira. Once objectives are clear it's easy to discuss with all other stakeholders and come out with scope and out of scope items, then Evaluate this with again the stakeholders who have cleared the business objectives. Then use Jira or any other tool to record and share all stakeholders to ensure their buy in

Instead of 5 Why. Try using Five Because - Tends to drive deeper into root cause. Instead of viewing issues / problems as weakness. View as an opportunity to improve.

Depending on the data, you may need to use different tools and techniques. For example, if your project has a lot of quantitative data, you may use a statistical method like DMAIC or Control Charts. If your project has a lot of qualitative data, you may use a narrative method like Storytelling or Journey Mapping.

Process Thinking via TQM No matter what type of a process you own, understanding the underlying Waste, removing/minimising ‘Process Variation’ and building quality through increasing productivity and efficiency is the key. TQM - Lean practices help in almost every environment.
