What can also help to strenghten the four pillars of F-L-I-P is to allow active paticipation of leaners.Let those who have a little bit of knowledge about the subject to lead the discussion,As the lecturer you will guid the discussion in the the direction you want.This is like a peer education approach,it helps to encourages more openess and more paticipation from leaners.And will also help the lecturer to achieve his/her objective easlly.

The instructor can also ask most of the students to each give their own personal experience of a disater or a situation they once faced or exeperienced.Then turn those situations and experience of students into a flipped Mastery Model.In this way the student will always remember and not forget the lesson because it related to their own personal experiences.

The Team=Based Learning Model is on of the most critical teachings in emergency services.There is a saying in emergency services that says"You work alone.You die alone"When the instuctor is teaching about The Team-Based Learning Model,it is very important for the instructor to thoroughly explain the rational and the importance behind this model,This is of the do or break of the mergency services work. The instuctor must emphasize to students the impotance of continuous Team-Based Learning Model after they have left the college.This will help to keep the students abraise of new ways and technology of dealing with disaters.It will also keep them physical and mentally fit at all times.
