I’m yet to speak to a recruiter who relies solely on a tool or AI bot to screen CVs. Please don’t think that you need to “beat the ATS” (applicant tracking system) by building a CV that is full of key words but therefore lacks personality. In most cases, a recruiter will look at your CV. It will be a brief look, so yes - ensure the relevant information is front and centre. And use keywords and phrases that match the job advert and the company values/behaviours.
