Having a detailed explanation and description about the purpose and usage pf the algorithm with various examples can drive audiences towards learning it. Also, adding code snippets along with the mathematical/statistical analysis behind it would be more intriguing. It also gives any level of reader an in-depth understanding of of the concept.
