Your data analysis has to be so easy that the audience doesn't need to put their brains into the numbers. Anything that can be measured can be improved. Narrowing down with numbers on data is so very important to understand the effective quantitative outcomes of Training. Not having the right content, the right audience and the right strategy to deliver the training in the first place… which means having a broader prespective on what knowledge and skills need to acquired, who own them in the organisations, and how can they be involved in defining the training strategy.

All evaluation and data analysis must keep, front and centre, always, every time context. Using data devoid of context is among the biggest of mistakes made, especially by those who are key board warriors and latter day Sir Humphrey Appleby types... Far too many of them amongst us!!!
