There are several commonly used decision analysis models: 1. decision trees: are easy to understand and provide valuable insight by showing the outcomes, alternatives, and probabilities of different decisions. 2. decision analysis, which involves identifying and assessing all aspects of a decision and taking actions based on the decision that produces the most favorable outcome, 3. Diagrams: are graphical representations of decision problems that help identify the key variables and relationships between them. , 4. Monte Carlo simulations: use random sampling to simulate real-world scenarios and estimate probabilities., and 4. sensitivity analysis: is used to determine how a model reacts to changes in its inputs.
