La falta de alineación e integración de los objetivos en las estrategias de comunicación son letales para cualquier plan de comunicación serio, ya que a través de las peque?as incongruencias del mismo, entre las diferentes tácticas y estrategias que lleva implícito, se genera un efecto "bola de nieve" que termina, posiblemente, desvirtuando el alcance de los objetivos ya que, si fueron correctamente planteados, deberían tener una articulación necesaria -más allá de la lógica flexibilidad- que garantice el éxito y eficacia. La falta de integración, por otro lado, tras un análisis rápido, nos hará de discontinuar el planning previo, porque será un sinsentido destinar recursos a una acción ineficiente.

The four key elements, or stages, of the learning loop are: Learning – gaining new knowledge, understanding, and retaining it. Application – applying the knowledge learned to relevant situations. Feedback – input on how well the knowledge has been applied. Reflection – reviewing progress and planning the next cycle. Everyone has different learning styles. Some prefer reading, others are hands-on. If there is time and budget, it is best to provide a options for all learning styles and reminders to keep implementing the techniques learned.
