These indicate how possible it will be to understand the biases in a model and how serious the organisation take it. In parallel we should move towards an open benchmark on biases of various models. 1. OPENNESS. How open is the model, the data to train the model and the code behind it for inspection. 2. LEGAL LIABILITY. Who’s left holding the bag if the model makes a mistake with consequences. 3. ALGORITHMIC BIAS BENCHMARK. It would be great to see a widely accepted Research led and open benchmark to test for biases across race, gender etc. This would have to evolve over time.

In my experience its always good to use several or all of these concepts try to maximize fair outcome.

Then, run the AI/ML method and compare the raw analyzed data and results to the results generated by the AI/ML method.
