Define the challenges faces. 3. Now brainstorm these challenges with the respective team members and make a list of probable solutions. 4 Narrow down these solutions to one or two after further discussion with Subject matter Expert. By following these steps you will get the best solution/learning which can be replicated in subsequent projects.
