The most important advice I can give is to have a clear definition of what STEM means to your school, and to ensure that everyone involves shares the same understanding. Once this is clear it becomes easier to build the goal of a STEM program and flesh out a short term and long term plan to achieve the goal.

1. Executive Summary: Introduction: Briefly introduce the STEM project, highlighting its significance and relevance to education. Objectives: Clearly state the project's goals and intended outcomes. Innovation: Highlight any innovative approaches or technologies involved. Request: Specify the grant amount requested and the intended impact on STEM education.

Plan showcasing what has taken place, the successes, and reflect on what didn't work and how things will change because of this new learning.
