También cuenta mucho aparte de la superficie, el aire y el comportamiento de la naturaleza.Hoy en día vemos muy afectados lugares que no anticiparon sucesos de catástrofes naturales.Como ráfagas de vientos fuertes azotando distintos puntos del planeta. Esto provoca roturas de vidrios en ventanas, caídas de tendidos eléctricos, caídas de árboles. Y hasta desprendimientos en partes de la estructuras ya construidas. Como afrontar estas problemáticas naturales? Por otra parte en ningun lugar he visto se?alizaciones o sitios seguros ante catástrofes inminentes. La sociedad de hoy en día no sabe hacia dónde dirigirse ante algunas de estas situaciones, acaso los gobiernos tienen lugares seguros para resguardarnos?
