In addition, project management tools are used in tons of fields and not only in the world of product and technology! They can be treated as a "task list", or more precisely, "process list". From my experience, I have plenty of operations tasks that are difficult or troublesome to work with. When reaching out to the project manager on the communication tool, like Slack or Gmail, is not possible, posting an item on the PM tool works well. This effectively attracts the project manager's attention to consider what is blocking, and what is not.

Experiment with different PM tools! By becoming more exposed to different tools, one is able to become more aware of the features included. With this type of experience, there is a possibility of suggesting new processes. Exposure to different tools also helps when it comes to joining or working with different organizations. From my experience, I experimented with different moves and strategies in the clinical-trial company I am in. Obstacles I encountered involve getting all team members to have a particular mind on certain products and processes. On the other hand, trying out different things helps one quickly display initiatives and creativity while also considering the current budget.
