- Team: always start with the team. Investors would invest in a half-baked venture with a stellar team than the other way around. - The problem: show it numbers, not words. Focus on time or financial cost. - The solution: how YOU solve the very problem you brought up. - Tech/non-tech moat: why are you set to win the market. - Market: TAM, SAM, SOM. - Competition and your positioning against it. - Financial projection - keep it in rough lines. - Traction and assets: anything you have already that can de-risk the investment in the eyes of investors. I.e, working POC, LOIs, proprietary data, IP, etc. - Optional: the ask (how much you are raising, when is the next round planned and planned deployment of the money).
