The relationship between the Coach and client is private and confidential one where trust and report must exist. It's a safe space within which the coach pushes the client by asking questions and holding the space for them so go to the uncomfortable places - thats's where the insights and breakthroughs happen. There has to be trust and chemistry between a Coach and client otherwise the relationship will not work.
