I have yet to see this kind of training! VR sounds nice but it is not affordable for most organisations! However, i have experienced some VR software within my university and it is quite cool. Maybe one day it will become a reality....

I find this to be amazing, and a great way to learn. But I do not see how using VR in a controlled setting is helpful. Could the vr software be randomized? From my experience in the social work relm, in many different roles. There's to many factors, that goes into a clients experiences. There's to many environmental, demographic, financial, factors to truly recreat a humans trauma experience.

I love this! Just being a human being we are constantly learning even when we don't know it. From birth to death, even if your learning to forget; the mind is constantly building and breaking down neuro pathways. Think about a baby is born and learn how to talk, walk, crawl, ect by observing and coping. Do you ever have to teach a child to lie or be bad? Think about it from birth we start off by experiential learning.

Why is this so down the list...?! This should be a priority. How can you improve if you do not think about what you are doing wrong..... Also, remember to use a strengths bas3d approach. Praise yourself for what you do well!
