There is a very easy way to drive ￡1m of bookings per year from Day 1 - find a travel blog with high end readers and partner with them. My blog does this. It’s a no-brainer. Adding a link to our booking partner takes 30 seconds. He has ‘preferred partner’ benefits at luxury hotels so readers would be crazy to book elsewhere. A ￡5,000 hotel booking generates ￡400 commission which we split. It’s ‘execution only’ - readers email with the dates and hotel they want - so minimum work for both of us.
