Think about your customer's journey and address every step of the way with your offerings library. Start with your most introductory program and ask yourself: "When they finish this content, what's next?" Then what? Then what? Look at where they began at the very beginning of the first offering and where they ended up at the very last. If there are any holes or missing steps in the larger transformation, you know exactly what your next offering should be!

Feedback is everywhere. Content metrics is a great source for feedback that is regularly missed. For example: are your students abandoning lesson 5 around the same minute mark? Check what could be deterring them around that time. How can you refine that content to improve student success? When asking directly for feedback, I find using the Rose, Bud, Thorn method works wonders to get really specific, actionable insights. Rose = something that works well Bud = something that has the potential to work MUCH better than it currently does Thorn = something that didn't work well
