For instance, a customer might ask a virtual assistant to reorder a frequently purchased item or seek personalized recommendations, enhancing the overall convenience and efficiency of e-commerce interactions.

AI can also be incredibly helpful in adjusting page content to better fit a visitors profile (either inferred through their on-site behavior or manually set by the user themselves). Want more technical product info? You got it. Just want to focus on the financial aspect? Sure. Want the product description to focus on product integrations or fit with other products? Done. This still sound like utopia to me (and still haven't seen it happen a lot), but with the current GPT models, this is pretty trivial to apply and A/B test (validate) against your current static product/content pages.
