The team leader has to wear a secure and fearless demeanour.. Give opportunity to team to express the point of views.. Choose team diligently.. Have a mix of divergent personalities to get different perspectives of changes in the Climate of organisation..How well the purpose is defined and whom you chose as levers in the team to align with purpose is the key ..Also these levers have to be intelligent ( not artificially) to manoeuvre themselves in required measures...Trust your levers ..let them practice a little disruption .. Too compliant individuals are not path breakers...

To define a clear purpose is a mandatory. Everyone should know what is the desired outcome out of the changing climate. Concerning the team leader: Honesty and Trust are values even more important than usual (in the sense that these two values are always needed to ensure a positive team spirit but even more in a period of change and/or in challenging times).
