For students to develop an original identity, and more than that, a successful trajectory, they must be more encouraged to dream and develop visions of the future that guide them with a sparkle in their eyes! We live in an era of immediacy and short-term focus. Students, on the other hand, must be exposed to major current and future issues facing humanity, macro trends and techniques for futures thinking. This way, they will be able to identify much more easily what energizes them to build as their future legacy. With the vision in mind and inspiring mentors, they will create their identity, personal brand and technical, personal and skills training roadmap much more easily. They will be relevant and protagonists of today and tomorrow!

Estoy totalmente de acuerdo . Conocer nuestras fortalezas y debilidades es sin duda la base para poder crecer como personas. En el centro educativo se deben realizar actividades que permitan a alumnos y alumnas la adquisición de destrezas y herramientas que les ayuden a descubrir cuáles son sus intereses y motivaciones, de manera que sean capaces de saber qué quieren lograr, de qué medios disponen y cómo van a afrontar las dificultades que se encuentren en el camino hacia su meta. En ocasiones, nos centramos en se?alarles las áreas de mejora sin permitir que sean ellos quienes las identifiquen. Nuestra labor docente ha de ser la de guiarles en ese camino hacia el autoconocimiento y darles las herramientas para ello.

La interacción e inclusión social son sin duda los objetivos más importantes de la escuela. Formamos personas para que sean capaces de integrarse en la sociedad en la que viven de una manera activa. El centro educativo es un reflejo de la sociedad en la que vivimos y en él se emplean metodologías diversas y se implementan proyectos cuya meta es fomentar el trabajo colaborativo, la ayuda entre iguales, la mediación, etc. Por tanto, es fundamental que en ese proceso de interacción el alumnado se comunique de manera eficaz, que sea capaz de expresar su punto de vista, desde el respeto y la tolerancia a las ideas de las demás personas, de ponerse en el lugar de otras y percibir sus emociones y de establecer relaciones significativas .

La estrategia de la reflexión y la retroalimentación son muy relevantes en el proceso de ayudar a los estudiantes a desarrollar su identidad, ya que les permitirá ir reconociendo sus capacidades, habilidades y potencialidades. Se entiende que es un proceso a través de la vida, pero la escuela y el liceo debe aportar en este desarrollo de los discentes. Para ello, los docentes deben a través del diálogo directo y en el desarrollo de sus asignaturas propender a fortalecer la reflexión, no solo desde el conocimiento, sino también desde su mirada personal. Si generamos instancias de retroalimentación positiva, nuestros estudiantes comprenderán que el error es parte del aprendizaje y que la escucha a la critica es parte del crecimiento personal.
