I suggest that if your institution uses Office 365, one of the tools within it, called "Lists" is very helpful with project management!

I agree with the importance of agreeing on the scope, objectives, timeline, and deliverables before doing any of the tangible work. For project management software, I like to keep it as lean as possible. I'm a big fan of Trello.

I work with people around the world and it is important going into a project to make sure everyone knows the time zones of the team and consideration is given to work times across the team.

Microsoft Teams channel is a very effect way to collaborate for me.

Microsoft teams has become my favourite method for online communication. We can text chat, voice call, or video call and while in a call we can screen share. It is the full package. We can even share a whiteboard and brainstorm that way. We must provide positive, constructive criticism. We must be watchful of our tone. If communication is happening via email, it is especially important as our message can easily be misconstrued.

I'm a strong proponent of lifelong learning, in all the forms. Self-reflection is possibly one of the best forms of lifelong learning. We must always learn more about ourselves, our actions, and our behaviors. We need to know what we do well and what we don't do well. By seeking feedback through the form of a survey would give you data to compare with the result of your own self assessment. Do people see you the same way you see yourself? Do people value your contributions as much as you thought they did? Is there anything you can improve on? There is always room for further growth. Asking questions, and truly listening to the answers and taking the time to reflect upon that is incredibly important and valuable.

I would like to add 3 more 'C' elements to the above list. "Customization, Confidentiality and Cost". 1. I have seen many great content available in the market today are less customizable, modifiable and little outdated. The possibility to upgrade the content to keep it up-to-date, enables a longer demand or use of content. 2. Confidentiality clauses for use / sharing of content should be established and agreed while collaborting. This also enables sustainable collaborations. 3. Cost component is by far the greatest deciding factor in many e-learning research projects even if the scope, quality and originality of the research data is at par. Please consider sharing transparenty the details of cost components to win trust of stakeholders.
